How do I withdraw EUR from my Blocktrade account?

Withdrawing EUR from your Blocktrade account is a simple process that can be completed in a few easy steps:
 

1. Go to Wallet page and check My assets section: 

2. Choose EUR asset for your withdrawal. Click on the menu on the right and choose Withdraw: 

⚠️ Please, note that withdrawals are only available to the verified bank accounts - an account from which at least one successful deposit (as a bank transfer) has been made.

3. If your bank account has already been verified, click on I understand button to proceed:

4. After that specify the amount. The total amount will be calculated with all additional fees. If you agree with all the parameters, click Continue button:  

5. Select destination IBAN from the list of verified bank accounts, click Preview before withdrawing and then confirm the withdrawal:

6. After that, you will receive a notification that we have sent a confirmation link to your email address:

⚠️ You will have 60 minutes to go to your email address and confirm the withdrawal.

7. Once you click on the confirmation link, you will be redirected to the withdrawal confirmation page. Click on "Confirm".

Done! Your withdrawal should be on the way to your selected IBAN.

⚠️Please, note that the withdrawal process may take several business days to complete. Additionally, Blocktrade may require additional verification for large or frequent withdrawals, so it's important to ensure that your account is fully verified.
